  BLUF: The owner is rude, and cares little if you buy something or not. An example of why a poor business deserves to fail.
  
  Unfortunately, they're one of the few R/C hobby stores for the area. You will pay a markup of $30-40 buying a plane here, plus an extra $10 on accessories. I ordered an accessory he didn't have in stock, and waited roughly a month for it to come in. It would have been faster to have ordered from Horizon Hobby directly, but the owner promised it would come in within a week. The price markup along with the owner's poor attitude is the reason for the poor score. Has a very condescending tone when asked a question regarding a kit you are unfamiliar with. Store is empty, and I am surprised they're still in business. I recommend you save yourself some funds by purchasing your R/C needs online. At least you'll save money, get guaranteed shipping, and won't have to deal with inferior customer service.
