  I have been been a patient for 5 years and have been seeing the same PA for the whole time. Saw a DO today.
  As far as bedside manner,treatment and office staff,they're good-I would give them five stars.
  My peeve with them is that:
  1) they rarely ever, if at all, answer the phone. They always make you leave a message and then they take awhile to get back to you, whether making an appointment or requesting medication renewals.
  2) most times, it's difficult to make a same-day appointment if you're sick. As another reviewer stated, I don't plan my illnesses in advance. After all, that's what you're going to the doctor for.
  3) the hours displayed are not correct. Anytime I've called for an appointment, they never have anything after 2 or 3 p.m. Though their site says they are open until 7 p.m, I have never gotten an appointment later than 2 p.m. In addition, they are not open on Saturdays.
