  It was one of the worst experiences I had. I would give them half a star just because so far my car is okay. I wound up paying almost double the price of the car because of the "fees" they had. They would try not to tell me anything that would cause me to become aware of the extra fees they would add to the final price - mandatory warranty, prep fee, dealer fee. Even though the initial person was great, he was very rehearsed. He didn't know ANY of the fees or what exactly was in the car and pulled made up numbers out of his head. Also, the finance people would bark at any question I would ask when I wanted a bottom number and he would contradict the salesperson's numbers. They only believe in monthly payments and not the bottom number. If you want an honest deal, DO NOT GO THERE. I recommend staying away from this place and going somewhere else. DON'T LET THE LOW PRICE FOOL YOU!

  I went to Auto World knowing that I probably would not be approved for a car loan. I had some money down and my old car that was really worth nothing. Joe walked me through the process and made me feel special and important. I drove away in my new nissan versa the same day. Thanks Auto World and Joe for really helping me!!!!! Amanda
